We all know mobile phone retailers have been offering games consoles as free gifts for a long while now but since just before Christmas 2008 many retailers have been offering a free ps3 + games included in the mobile phone package.

Although the xbox is a cheaper console mobile retailers also offer more games or cashback. Currently it is possible to get a free xbox arcade with upto £180 cashback. £180 cashback can buy around 5 of the latest games and all this with a mobile phone contract that you were going to buy anyway!

Alternatively you could get a mobile contract with free line rental. This has to be claimed but at present it is possible to get 12 months free line rental on a 12 month contract. This could be the choice for you if you have something more important to spend a few hundred pounds on.
